We offer both standard and express shipping options. 

Australia

All domestic orders come with a tracking number and insurance valued up to $100. Standard shipping takes 2-7 business days. Express shipping takes 1-2 business days.

New Zealand, the United States and Canada

All orders to New Zealand, the United States and Canada come with a tracking number. Standard shipping takes 8-20 business days. Express shipping takes 5-10 business days.

Everywhere Else

Damages and Loses

We do not accept responsibility for lost or damaged parcels. We take pride in the care given to all orders while packing. We double-check them all the ensure they are not left in a poor condition. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right to the best of our ability.
